Comments about Hindi Phase 1, Unit 26-30:

I have quite a bit of vocabulary, but never knew how to just speak basic Hindi. I found courses like the Rupert Snell very offensive. The attitudes were hopelessly outdated and sexist. And there wasn't enough repetition to help me leearn. Your course was a great help. Everything that you presented was reviewed and I learned it at that time. One thing that wasn't there (and these are small objections. I'm so grateful for this course) was an explanation of the different "t"s and "d"s. It's not enough just to hear it--unless you are a very young child! It helps to have a description of how the sounds are formed, physically. Also, occasionally I found it frustrating that in the early lessons you assumed the learner was male. Later, it was better. But basically my main, biggest, most important complaint is, WHERE is MORE???? I need this excellent course to continue. Also, a small problem your company promised to fix, but in the Units 26-30, the sound file for reading lesson 13 is missing. They have agreed to send it to me now. Thanks for listening. Also, in the reading component, it was not very helpful to include words I knew, because I guessed them and did not really read the letters. Even nonsense words would be helpful to learn this new alphabet.

Comments about Hindi Phase 1, Unit 26-30:

Excellent product--perfect for learning the natural way, i.e., as a child would by hearing and repetition. I wish the lessons did not stop with lesson 30 as I feel I do not know enough Hindi for real life conversations. More lessons with more vocabulary would be excellent.
