I listen to the 30 minute MP3 lessons the car on my way to work and back, its working well for me, im progressing. i think because I dont have to take time to devote to it completely, like i would with computer software. If im in my car, im listening. its a little expensive, but if im progressing, its money well spent.

I run through each lesson twice a day (If I have time) and afterwards, do the review (flashcards, multiple choice answers). The program is unresponsive on my computer if it is open / running too long. The way it exports the audio and .pdf files leaves a LOT to be desired (read my product suggestions). I had my computer crash and reboot while I was using the program (not caused by the Pimsleur program... my computer is just getting older and more flaky) and the Pimsleur program upon restarting decided to re-update itself and somehow lose my progress and took one of my "activations" away in the process. Aside from that, it's been a good program.
Service and delivery comments:
Ability to change / modify the directory in which the audio and .pdf files are exported to. That needs to be addressed. The multiple choice answers could be a bit harder. Also, the way the program does its activation process could be better.

Merchant response: Thanks for the input. We are constantly improving the Pumsleur Unlimited app, and all current users will automatically receive the enhancements for free. A coming upgrade touches upon the audio export feature and another adds a new function that will allow you to to store your lesson history to the Cloud. If your computer ever loses your history again, or you change computers, you'll now be able to retrieve your lesson history from the Cloud. You mentioned that your computer was "old and flaky." Have you checked to make sure that it meets our minimum speed requirements? A slower CPU could certainly cause the "unresponsive" state you experienced after leaving the program idle for long periods.
