Comments about Pashto Phase 1, Units 1-30:
I use this product on the computer, and it exceeded my expectations. I'm typically not a fan of audio-only courses, but this program is solid. I love the fact that the words covered are actually used in everyday conversation, and that the strange Pashto word order is carefully dissected.
However, I dislike the fact that some words are broken apart BACKWARDS. I like to e able to slowly pronounce a word, just... Forward.
Overall, very nice.

Comments about Pashto Phase 1, Units 1-30:
For beginners and for those with a little experience, this language program is what you are looking for. The lessons are designed to build on one another so at the end of the program you have a better understanding of the flow and pronunciation of pashto words and sentences. This is not a "strictly vocab" program. It concentrates on the conversational aspects, talking with people. I have already recommended this product to others.

Comments about Pashto Phase 1, Units 1-30:
I like the Pimsleur method and the way material is reinforced by going back to it from time to time. If you have not tried a Pimsleur class, the thing they do is along with new material in Lesson 4 (for example) they will re-introduce material from Lesson 1. In this way you are always refreshed on material you already learned.
This class is also specifically designed for self-study so you can listen in the car or wherever.

Comments about Pashto Phase 1, Units 1-30:
Because of my sporadic schedule i was not always able to listen to lessons unbroken at times it was 5min here 15 min there or an Hour. I had constant interruptions and distractions. I reviewd each lesson about 2 times each sometimes more because of gaps in my practice. YET I STILL Mastered about 80% of the lesson material of each unit even under less favorable studying circumstances. unfortunately I haven't had as much opportunities to use the language as I would like. some of the phrases weren't necessarily needed for me. I used it for military purposes and we're not allowed to talk to women, so maybe changing some of the conversations to fit with males could be an improvement. nonethe less. my wife will be impressed when I become fluent in spanish after I purshase the spanish lessons after deployment.
Thankyou for your excellent products.
