I downloaded these lessons onto my iPod and do them when I'm traveling to and fro. They are <30 minutes in length, and very convenient. They were very well done and used the right balance of repetition and introducing new material. I have retained everything I learned and have used it in different contexts. My only complaint is that Pimsleur doesn't offer any lessons beyond 30, due to low demand.
