I like learning by hearing - not ready to read and write yet.
The repetition is good but sometimes I need more of it. I hit the pause button a lot cuz I need to think before I respond.
It would be nice if you could slow the speaker down sometimes - to hear a word or phrase spoken more slowly.

I listen to the program while i'm driving to and from work. I think the program's are really easy to follow. I am now on my third installment of the Italian 1 series and will continue to purchase more as my speech and comprehension of Italian increase.

I am using the Italian lessons to prepare me to lead a study abroad with my university in Florence next year. I am buying the units incrementally. I leave the cds in my car and am amazed at even with just driving around town how much I am learning. I have tried and looked at other programs and Pimsleur is by far the best for my situation and learning tyle.
