I prepared for a two week trip to Israel, with no former knowledge of Hebrew, by using this program in my car on my 40 minute daily commute. When I got to Israel, I was able to handle basic communications for our family. It was a great feeling of accomplishment for a very small investment of time. After all, I was driving to work anyway, and now the commute was not wasted time!

I started my Pimsleur Hebrew studies with the Basic Hebrew course, which was available at my local library. While working through those ten lessons, I became a Pimsleur addict! I love the course. I wanted to continue with the Pimsleur program, but I didn't want to have to purchase lessons 1-10 just to get additional lessons, since I'd already completed them for free. The digital download option let me buy the lessons right from where I left off with the Basic course, for a great price. I've been continuing my studies and have been very happy with the program.
