Comments about Haitian Creole, Conversational:

Quick and easy lessons which progress from one to the other. I would just listen to one lesson a day on my way to work, and sometimes review that lesson again on my way home. I've worked with Haitian clients for years and always had a hard time following the language. This beginner's course focuses on becoming comfortable greeting people, asking directions, and shopping.

Service and delivery comments:

I would add a vocabulary list and pronunciation guide for all words used in the program, broken down by lesson as well as an alphabetical master list. Creole, like French, is NOT a language you can learn by reading, but sometimes seeing the word spelled out helps with the nuances of pronunciation.
