I first got German 1-16 on CD, which I loved. Then I purchased German 16-20 on MP3, which is great because it is on my IPod! I'm doing well with the program. I usually do each lesson twice. I would like more reading, but I'm trusting that doing the audio first will make learning this language easier. My German friend has commented that my accent is very good. I think it is because this program is fully audio.

My husband and I study together. The style and logic of the audio lessons and the use of just the right amount of repetition really work. They are also fun.
We have only admiration for the audio presnetations.
However, we are sometimes baffled by the choice of vocabulary for the Reading lessons. I think it would be better if they more closely paralleled the corresponding audio lessons.

It met all my expectations, and I will definetly recommend it for a friend. I will continue learning German for now, but I might start with another language in the future. I just came back from Germany and was able to use a little bit of what I have learned so far. Also I understand much more since I started with the course.
